2. Build an Itinerary by choosing from the many activities and services shown throughout our site, and we will handle the details. Whatever interests you, add it to your Adventure Itinerary by entering the number in your party in the box provided and clicking the "Add to Itinerary" button. You will have the opportunity to modify or remove any item on your Adventure Itinerary each time you add a new item. Use your browsers "Back" button to return to your search for more experiences to add to your Itinerary.
3. When you have assembled an Adventure Itinerary that suits your unique and particular specifications, proceed to check out at our on-line Front Desk by clicking the "Create Itinerary" button. There we ask you for contact information, dates of your stay with us and any comments or special requests you may have. NO CHARGES are made at this time. Any information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of working together with you and our Partners to finalize the details of your Adventure.
4. We will contact you by whatever means you specify and put flesh on the bones of your itinerary, customizing every detail to suit the varied interests of your party. We may also suggests other activities or places of interest (some not to be found on any map) that we think might interest you, based upon our further communications.
5. Charges for Custom Adventure Itineraries will be billed only after our initial consultation, based on 50% of the estimated total cost. This charge is NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancellation by the Adventurer and will be applied to our coordination and booking costs.
6. Upon confirmation of all items on the Itinerary, the final booking fee will be billed out. This fee must be paid within 60 days of billing and not less than 30 days prior to your travel date.
A note about quoted costs; Many items show a nominal $10 "booking" or "contact" fee. In these cases, final costs are impossible to determine without further consultation and the amount shown is a placeholder. Final costs will be determined BEFORE you book. The costs shown on our Special Events are accurate and comprehensive, for that event.
We generally cater to groups of from five to fifty, but special arrangements can be made for smaller or larger groups. We encourage you to consider brining people with a wide range of interests and levels of fitness along. Those who get tired halfway up the hill will be accommodated and those who would prefer to walk the beach or soak at the spa can do so as well. Together with the physical, we offer the cultural, because music and art and healing and...... Best just to browse our profiles of Hidden Treasures and Special Events let your imagination guide you.
You MUST book custom adventures at least 30 days ahead, and we encourage you to think about next year as well.
A note about dates; Our special events have a drop-down to select from the various dates a particular event is scheduled for. Most of our Hidden Treasures items have no date associated. If you are building a custom Adventure Itinerary, you will have the opportunity at Check Out to specify your travel window, the span of time when you'll be here with us. In consultation with you and our partners, we will then construct a schedule including specific dates and times for each item on your Itinerary.
Our Special Events generally have a few open seats and will probably be able to accommodate you on shorter notice, especially singles and smaller groups. So Emerald Empire Adventures and spend a day or two (or three or four) getting to know our backyard.
Emerald Empire Adventures will provide guides, transportation, equipment rental and booking consolidation services. We will work with you to assemble a package of events, tours, accommodations and services such as chefs, musicians and speakers at your campsite or lodgings, create custom menus, pick you up at the airport or your hotel and drop you off, move you from location to location and confirm and book all outside vendors so that you just have to show up, rock on and roll home when you are done. And DONE you will be; well done!

When you "Check Out", you will generate an e-mail to us containing your Itinerary, comments and contact information, we will get right back to you so we can work together with you and our Partners to craft your Custom Adventure.
